Ashley Heineman is an American expert in internet governance and domain name policy. She serves as Director of Global Policy at GoDaddy, focusing on DNS operations and registrar policy. Previously, she worked at the U.S. National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), leading initiatives on DNSSEC and the IANA stewardship transition. Heineman has held significant roles within ICANN, including Chair of the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG), where she advocated for stronger DNS abuse mitigation policies.
