Rowena Schoo
Who is Rowena Schoo?
Rowena Schoo is the Director of Programs and Policy at the NetBeacon Institute. Before joining the Institute, she worked at Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator, Nominet UK, and the UK government’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. With over ten years of experience in policy, Rowena holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the Australian National University (ANU).
