Rodrigo de la Parra is a Mexican internet governance and public policy specialist. He serves as ICANN’s Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean and Managing Director of the ICANN Regional Office in Montevideo. He is responsible for strengthening ICANN’s regional engagement, supporting multistakeholder participation, and promoting internet infrastructure development across Latin America. Before joining ICANN, he worked at Mexico’s Federal Telecommunications Commission (COFETEL) on internet and telecommunications policy.
