Louis Houle
Who is Louis Houle?
Louis Houle is the President of UQBM (Un Québec branché sur le monde/Quebec Connected to the World), an organization founded in 2008 to provide Internet access to underserved communities in Quebec. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications, a certificate in Journalism, and advanced studies in Computing and Public Administration, Louis has 30 years of experience in the Quebec Government. He also served as President of the Internet Society Canada-Quebec Chapter for ten years and was a member of NARALO, serving two years on the NomCom. Louis joined the board of PointQuebec in 2016.
