Who is Leonid Todorov?

Leonid Todorov led APTLD (Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association) as General Manager from 2015 until early 2025, when he retired. He previously headed international relations at Russia’s .RU/.РФ registry and contributed to launching the .РФ, .DETI, and .TATAR domains. He also helped initiate the Russian Internet Governance Forum, served on EuroDIG’s steering group, and in 2022 was appointed Chairman of DotAsia’s Board.
