The Technical Community Coalition for Multistakeholderism (TCCM)

What is TCCM?

The Technical Community Coalition for Multistakeholderism (TCCM) is a global alliance of technical internet organizations, including ICANN, ISOC, IETF, and regional registries. Created in 2024, it was established during the development of the Global Digital Compact (GDC) and in the lead-up to the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS)+20 Review. It defends multistakeholder governance and the decentralized management of the DNS, especially in response to the UN's Global Digital Compact. TCCM is not tied to any country and has no central leadership; it operates as a coordinated initiative among its member organizations.
