DNS Belgium

DNS Belgium is a private non-profit association (ASBL under Belgian law) created in 1999 to take over management of the .BE top-level-domain, previously handled by the University of Leuven. In 2000, it was officially delegated the .BE ccTLD by IANA, with support from the Belgian government.

Though private, it acts under public oversight and international coordination. It also manages the .VLAANDEREN and .BRUSSELS extensions.
