Legacy gTLDs, or Legacy TLDs, are the generic extensions created before 2014. They include the historic COM, NET and ORG, as well as those created later such as INFO, BIZ and MOBI.
From a technical standpoint, the new extensions created after 2012 are also generic extensions, but they are generally considered a separate group.
There are 18 Legacy TLDs: AERO, .ASIA, .BIZ, .CAT, .COM, .COOP, .INFO, .JOBS, .MOBI, .MUSEUM, .NAME, .NET, .ORG, .POST, .PRO, .TEL, .TRAVEL, .XXX.
