Paul McGrady is an American intellectual property attorney specializing in the intersection of information technology and IP, with a focus on trademarks and domain names. He co-founded Elster & McGrady in 2023 with his partner Jason Elster, after working together at Greenberg Traurig.
He is a member of ICANN’s GNSO Council and has served on INTA’s Board of Directors and as chair of its Internet Committee. McGrady is also an author of several books on IP published by LexisNexis.
