Martin Michaus
Who is Martin Michaus?
Martin Michaus is a Mexican intellectual property lawyer specializing in IP and new technologies. He has been a WIPO Panelist since 2000 and is a member of the Advisory Committee for WIPO's Mediation and Arbitration Center. Michaus has held leadership roles in various IP organizations, including AIPPI and ASIPI.
He is a professor at Universidad Anahuac and Panamericana in Mexico and serves on academic boards in Spain and Argentina. Recognized globally for his expertise, he has received multiple awards, including Lawyer of the Year in 2023.
