Who is David-Irving Tayer?
David-Irving Tayer is a French IP/IT attorney and certified IP specialist active in domain-name disputes and Internet governance. In France, he served on Afnic’s Board (Users college, 2016) and is currently listed as a PARL Expert for .fr dispute resolution. Internationally, he acts as an arbitrator/mediator with WIPO and as a domain-name expert with the Czech Arbitration Court (.eu/UDRP) and the Asian DNDRC. He regularly speaks at NDDCamp and collaborates with DGS Monaco.
