Based in Paris (France), the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network is a multistakeholder organization that unites over 300 entities—including governments, major internet companies, technical operators, civil society groups, and international organizations—to tackle cross-border legal challenges in the digital age. Its mission is to enhance legal interoperability in cyberspace by sharing global insights, connecting key actors, and advancing policy standards. The organization operates through three policy programs: Data & Jurisdiction, Content & Jurisdiction, and Domains & Jurisdiction. It publishes the Internet & Jurisdiction Global Status Report and convenes global conferences, previously hosted by France, Canada, and Germany, with support from institutions such as the OECD, Council of Europe, European Commission, UNESCO, and ICANN. Recognized at the Paris Peace Forum and referenced by global media, the network plays a central role in shaping international digital governance.
