What is ECTA?
The European Community Trademark Association (ECTA) promotes the knowledge and professionalism of the intellectual property law community in the fields of trade marks, designs, copyright and other intellectual property rights, within the European Union. It has more than 1500 members, coming from all Member States of the EU and beyond.
ECTA Annual Conference
The ECTA Annual Conference is the flagship event of the European Communities Trade Mark Association. It brings together IP professionals from Europe and beyond to discuss key developments in trademark law, design rights, and related areas. The aim is to promote the harmonization and effective protection of intellectual property in the EU and foster professional exchange among legal experts, businesses, and institutions.
