Who is Ali Hadji Mmadi?
Ali Hadji Mmadi is the Director General of Comores Telecom and the manager of the .KM country code domain. He represents Africa on ICANN’s ccNSO Council and is involved in the TLD-OPS Standing Committee. He’s a founding member of ISOC Comores and a former chair of AfTLD. Widely active in African Internet governance, he has also worked with AFRINIC and Afnic.
