Louise Marie Hurel is a Chilean-Brazilian cybersecurity and internet governance researcher. She currently serves as a Research Fellow in the Cyber and Technology team at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and leads Digital Security programs at the Igarapé Institute in Brazil.
