Tanzania’s .TZ top-level domain is managed by the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA). Introduced in 1995, it was initially limited to third-level domains like .co.tz. Since 2022, direct .TZ registrations are allowed without local presence. TCRA accredits registrars to handle domain services.
