Mamadou Lo is a Senegalese internet governance expert. He is well known for his active role in the African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF) and in ICANN’s At-Large community, where he represents the interests of internet users from Africa. Mamadou Lo also works on promoting multilingualism online and strengthening Africa’s participation in global digital policy discussions.
