Orange Domains is a joint venture between Trust Machines, Tucows, DISH Network (an EchoStar company), and Hiro Systems. The company operates the .locker top-level domain (TLD), on the Bitcoin blockchain.

Orange Domains uses the Bitcoin Name System running on Stacks (a Bitcoin Layer-2). The .locker Web3 identity is issued via BNS on Stacks and anchored to Bitcoin, while the DNS TLD operates through standard ICANN registry channels.

Orange Domains also offers a "Minting-as-a-Service" (MaaS) solution, enabling other registries to integrate blockchain-based identities with their TLDs.
