Jesse Nathan Kalange is a Ugandan IT security specialist and digital rights advocate. He serves as Vice President of the Internet Society Uganda Chapter and co-founded both the Uganda Youth Internet Governance Forum and the East Africa Youth Internet Governance Forum.
